Lineguard Game Description
He runs. You draw. Keep him alive.
Lineguard is two games in one. In Run, a little ink ninja races across a painted world and all you can do is draw: block arrows, send them back at the archer, bridge pits and draw ramps to launch him over danger. In Brawl, you put the pen down and fight waves of red ninjas with your bare hands, chaining combos into a Dragon kick.
Five inks, Five powers
Pen works for everything. Rubber bounces the ninja high and flings rocks away. Steel shatters rocks and fires arrows back faster. Fire burns arrows and archers but isn't solid. Ice lets him skate faster and fly further off ramps. Unlock them in the Dojo with the coins you collect.
Bosses and worlds
Every 500 metres a boss blocks the way: the Giant Archer, the Catapult, the Rival Ninja, the Great Hawk and the Twin Archers. Beat one and the world changes, from Bamboo Valley to the Red Desert, the Snow Peaks and Moonlit Ink, each with its own enemy and music.
How to play Lineguard?
Desktop
Click and drag anywhere = Draw a line
1 to 5 = Switch ink
P = Pause, R = Restart, M = Mute
Mobile
Touch and drag anywhere = Draw a line
Tap an ink button = Switch ink
Hint
The ninja runs on his own. Draw lines to block arrows, bridge thorns and pits, or build ramps. Tilt a line toward the archer to send his arrow back. Time slows while you draw.
