Rent King Game Description
Aunt Erna left you a crooked old cottage and a little savings. Turn it into a real estate empire! Find tenants, set a fair rent, repair and renovate, add solar panels and heat pumps, and buy new houses at the market or at foreclosure auctions. Choose your loans wisely – if you can’t pay, the bank forecloses. Grow from a cottage to whole apartment blocks, hire staff and complete goals for bonus cash.

On a property, switch between Tenants, Condition, Energy and Finances.
Set the game speed (pause, 1×–120×) in the top bar.
Swipe or use the arrows to switch houses.
Works with touch and mouse, in portrait and landscape.
