The best thing a leader can do for their army is to join them on the frontlines as they lead them into battle like in Little Commander - Red vs Blue. In some unknown land two factions didn't see eye to eye on some key issues (I'm assuming) and have identified themselves by wearing either red or blue armor. Through the choice of the fates you have been chosen to lead the blue army to victory and you will be blazing the trail forward. To do that, you'll need to train them, make sure they have the best equipment, and make sure you're strong enough to fight alongside them.

Army games are all similar in that they tend to have two or more sides fighting each other for one reason or another. In this game, the reason seems to be that the two sides simply don't like each other. The motivation may be simple but the call to action is present and you must answer it otherwise your soldiers will have nothing to do. You'll be managing your numbers and upgrades while combating escalating threats as the enemy gets better organized and equipped. You can power through for only so long before you get power-bombed… which will hurt quite a bit.
How to Play
Little Commander - Red vs Blue is a 3D strategy game about leading your army against the enemy army using just the mouse. To interact with the UI elements, move the cursor over to them and click the Left Mouse Button. To move your soldier around, hold the Left Mouse Button and drag the cursor around. They will attack automatically and your soldiers will follow behind them and do the same. The goal is to complete levels by wiping out the enemy forces and claiming their territory as your own. If all your soldiers are lost, you'll need to retry.
You'll start in your base where you can see all the facilities that will train different units over time. You can improve your units, yourself, and your numbers by spending the gold and silver helmets that you'll collect from battle. When you're ready, march over to the Fight button and start the level. You'll need to follow along a road that will lead to your enemy encounters where both armies will clash. Defeating them will let you move on to the next until you reach their base that needs to be destroyed and then your flag needs to be raised. You may also encounter containers that can be destroyed for extra rewards.
Tips and Tricks
For a while, you can depend wholly on numbers and trying to overwhelm the enemy. Your leader can take and deal a lot of damage and so can shield the weaker units. Boosters are rare, so make sure that you hold onto any that you get.
