Hot Barrel Cats Game Description
Hot Barrel Cats is a cat defense game with a twist: only the cats standing on your wall can shoot, and every shot heats them up until they jam. Drag hot cats down to cool off, send fresh ones up, and merge matching cats into stronger tiers to hold the gate against the Mildews, a creeping fungus horde. 16 levels, 3 bosses and a cafe to upgrade. Play with mouse or touch.
Heat Is the Real Enemy
Every cat on the wall heats up while it fires. Rotate them before they jam, and merge a hot cat onto its twin: the new cat starts completely cool, so a merge is both an upgrade and a rescue. Cats firing above 80% heat scorch spore carriers before they can splash heat back at your wall.
Three Bosses, Three Tricks
Each boss attacks your heat, not your health. One bursts and heats every pad at once, one shuts a shield so you waste fire, and one keeps summoning Mildews while you rotate your cats.
How to play Hot Barrel Cats?
Desktop:
Drag cats with the mouse, or click a cat and then its target.
Esc pauses, M mutes.
Mobile:
Drag cats with your finger, or tap a cat and then its target.
Only cats on the wall shoot.
The bar under each cat is its burn time: when it runs out the cat jams, so drag hot cats down to cool and send cool ones up.
Drop a cat on a matching cat to merge it into a stronger, fully cool cat.
Tap Call a Cat to buy more with gold.
