Color Sorting Game Description
Color Sorting is a puzzle made entirely of colour. Each board is one continuous gradient cut into tiles and shuffled. The pinned tiles never move and the corners are what fix the gradient, so every other tile has exactly one place it belongs — you are reading the board, not guessing at it.
Not a water sort game
There are no tubes and nothing to pour. Each board is one smooth gradient cut into tiles and shuffled, and the pinned tiles fix what every other shade has to be. You read the board rather than guess at it: the answer is in front of you the whole time, just in the wrong order.
Beating par
Par is computed, not estimated — it is the fewest swaps that can possibly finish that board, so it is a target rather than a grade. Send a tile straight to its own home instead of shuffling neighbours: every swap that lands one tile for good is a swap par expects you to make.
How to play Color Sorting?

FAQs
Is this a water sort or tube pouring game?
No. It is a gradient board. Tiles are swapped in place until the colours flow evenly again, and there is nothing to pour.
Can I play it if I am colour blind?
Yes. Boards readable only by red against green are rejected as they are generated, and a setting moves the board onto a blue-yellow axis.
