Gunsmith Lab Game Description
Gunsmith Lab - an engineering game. A customer brings a specification; you design the barrel and the cartridge, build a sample, fire a series at the range and read the protocol. Every figure comes from a real interior and exterior ballistics model: nothing is rolled at random. Every specification has several working solutions, and each pays for itself somehow: accuracy with money, lightness with safety margin, velocity with barrel life.
How to play Gunsmith Lab?
Desktop
Mouse: click buttons and tabs, drag sliders.
Keyboard: Tab to move focus, Enter or Space to press, arrow keys to nudge a slider, Esc to close a window.
Mobile
Tap buttons and tabs, drag sliders, swipe to scroll.
Take a contract, design the barrel and cartridge, make a sample, fire a series, read the protocol. Change one thing at a time and fire again. Instruments you buy reveal what the protocol otherwise hides. No reflexes needed.
