The rift through dimensions has been overtaken by the fearsome Polygonal forces.
Time has met its end, thankfully therein to aid survivors to surge their way to another dimension should they last each one for 30 seconds. Polygonal bosses, however, wield the defying ability to freeze time until taken out.
Surge has it that the Nonagon is the deadliest, most fearsome boss of them all.
P.S., 'Nonagon' ever implying every nonexistent goner!
